1. Support Regulations
1) Overall Grand Prize Winner
Airfare and concert hall fees fully covered by the newspaper
2) Grand Prize Winners by Category
: 30% of performance hall fees covered by the newspaper (70% borne by the individual)
3) Gold Medal Winners by Category
: 20% of performance hall fees supported by the newspaper (80% borne by the individual)
4) Silver Award Winners by Category
: 10% of performance hall fees supported by the newspaper (90% borne by the individual)
2. Performance Hall Fee Calculation Regulations
1) Main Hall
(1) Amount: 700,000 won per person
(2) Number of people: Approximately 00
3. Selection Regulations
The principles of the applicant selection regulations are as follows.
1) As a general rule, the allocation percentage for each sector is determined by the secretariat in consideration of the overall support rate, etc.
2) As a principle, priority selection rights are granted in order of highest rank.
3) In the event of a tie in ranking, the contestant with the higher evaluation score shall be given priority in selection.
4) In various situations, the principle is to grant priority selection to the applicant who applied first.
4. Concert Hall Cost Burden (Example)
1) In the case of all subjects

2) In the case of a winner by category
490,000 won , which is 70% of 700,000 won, is the individual's responsibility.
3) In the case of a gold medal in a specific category
560,000 won, which is 80% of 700,000 won, is the individual's responsibility.
4) In the case of a silver medal in a specific category
630,000 won, which is 90% of 700,000 won, is the individual's responsibility.

6. Notification of Selection Results and Payment Instructions
1) We will notify you of the selection of overseas performance venues, hall assignments, etc. via the email or contact information provided on the application form by Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 8:00 PM .
2) Those who agree to participate and apply should make the deposit to the designated account.

3) Full refunds are available until June 19, 2026, after deposit, but refunds are not possible from June 20, 2026 (this is the point at which all matters, such as reservations and budget execution, are finalized).

8. Hall Introduction
Fukuoka Civic Hall is Fukuoka's new cultural and artistic facilitiesOpened in March 2025, it succeeds the existing Fukuoka Civic Hall. Located in the heart of Tenjin, it offers excellent accessibility and features a large hall with approximately 2,000 seats, a medium hall with approximately 800 seats, and a small hall that can be utilized for various purposes. It is used for multiple purposes, including diverse performances ranging from popular music concerts to opera, ballet, and theater, as well as presentations of civic activities and international conferences.
